Services / DITAP Nursery
ERP and point-of-sale systems for businesses with physical inventory, producing daily with a real client.
Check the reach
DITAP Vivero is a lightweight ERP with a point-of-sale system, designed for businesses that operate with a restaurant/dining area and physical inventory – it’s not a prototype or a demo. It’s currently in production, with a pilot client who uses it daily to sell, bill, and manage their inventory. While initially created for a nursery, it’s suitable for any similar business, such as a hardware store or a small distribution company, or a workshop with spare parts.
The sales process can be conducted either from the tavern/establishment or via telephone. Every stock movement is recorded, and there’s a separate delivery voucher for items that don’t constitute a formal sale. The system also identifies plants through photos and suggests the scientific name, designed for those handling the stock who may not always recognize each species.
Clear scope, a visible process, and the involved team.
The catalog and initial stock are added to your account before you sell the first product.
The restaurant team is starting to sell using the new system, with on-site support during the initial days.
Sales, cash handling, and inventory – all done daily, whether through the phone or at the bar, without separate spreadsheets.

Yes. It was designed for a nursery, but it’s suitable for any business that holds physical stock and has a small dining area: hardware store, small distributor, workshop.
No. It works from a phone or tablet; the nursery’s café that’s using it operates like this, without a separate cash register.
It’s currently in production: we have a real pilot client actively using the system – they are selling, collecting payments, and managing inventory every day.
Let's talk.
Let's review the process, the scope, and the working conditions together.
The best sales system.
People, process, and support.
A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.
We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.
We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.
We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.
A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.
We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.
When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
