Financial ERP on SII data, with an AI-powered assistant to read it.
Check the reach
VRYVEN is designed to utilize the data the SII already has from your company – including invoices, receipts, and service fees – to create a financial dashboard: including profit margins, cash flow, VAT position, and a schedule of tax obligations. It does not replace formal accounting; instead, it organizes and presents the data in a way that facilitates decision-making.
The design is multi-company: each user only sees the companies they have access to, which is useful for those managing multiple business entities. It incorporates an AI-powered assistant to inquire about this data in plain language, as well as alerts for deviations or overdue payments before they become a problem. It’s currently under active development: the scope and price are adjusted in collaboration with you before finalizing the quote.
Clear scope, a visible process, and the involved team.

VRYVEN has created the financial dashboard and is marking anything that falls outside of the expected range.
Questions for the autopilot: review the cash flow, decide based on the numbers, not on feeling.
No. Please review what the SII already has and they are presenting to you, in an organized manner; your accountant is still handling the formal accounting.
Yes, it’s a multi-company platform: each user only sees the companies they have access to, and it’s possible to consolidate their financial view across all of them.
Currently in development. We’re actively updating and refining the scope with you before launch, clearly outlining what’s available now and what’s coming soon.
Let's talk.
Let's review the process, the scope, and the working conditions together.
People, process, and support.
A clear initial contact. A written proposal. Agreed-upon next steps.
We discussed your needs and established goals, deliverables, deadlines, and costs within the proposal.
We agreed on responsibilities, stages, and the necessary information to move forward. The launch and training are defined according to the project.
We’ve agreed on the channels, times, and scope of the follow-up support, so you’ll know who to contact.
A written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, stages, price, and terms. It also identifies any additional services you would like to include.
We’ve defined the contact channel, the hours of operation, and the scope of support within the proposal. This allows you to understand what kind of assistance your service offers and how to request help.
When defining the project, we reviewed what information is needed, who can access it, and how it will be shared. In software systems, we also agreed on the conditions for backup, preservation, and export.
